Service properties of porous liquid glass concrete

چکیده

The article presents studies’ results of cementless lightweight concretes based on porous granular aggregate. Lightweight concrete components are specially synthesized from mixtures containing liquid sodium glass and thermal energy waste with various fineness. Thermal hardening a matrix technogenic fillers at temperature 350ºС provided heat-insulating 480 kg/m 3 density compressive strength 4.7 MPa. aim the work is to study operational stability genetically related components. Durability was evaluated in terms hydro physical properties, resistance frost salt aggression, cyclic heating. Methods mechanical testing have been used work. X-ray phase analysis electron microscopy were materials’ composition structure. complex tests showed structure aggregate impact factors. developed characterized by softening coefficient 0.81; they withstood 50 cycles alternating freezing thawing, 20 exposure 1050ºС 250ºС; staying aggressive sulfate chloride magnesium solutions.
